Zach Verbin (he/him/his) (Wyndmoor office only) is a ‘Licensed Clinical Social Worker’ (LCSW) and certified ‘Home and School Visitor’ (HSV). He provides individual and group therapy services to adolescents and adults through the lifespan. In addition to his psychotherapy practice, Zach provides clinical social work services to young children and their families in special education settings. Zach also comes with extensive experience in the music and recording industries and has a special interest in helping artists to channel their creative intuition.
Zach believes that healing occurs within the context of safe and trusting relationships. He offers psychotherapy with an intuitive approach, where he joins his clients in practicing mind-body awareness and creative self-expression. Some of Zach’s areas of clinical focus include male/masculine identity, trauma healing, grief, transitions, neurodivergence, and spirituality. Zach pursues professional growth opportunities informed by Gestalt theory and Ecopsychology.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Arts. He received his Master of Social Service degree from the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research in 2019. Zach is a recipient of the McPherson Award for Excellence through Bryn Mawr College and was co-chair of the Graduate Student Association. Zach is a white, cis-gender male with eastern European ancestry. He is passionate about music, the outdoors, and carpentry.
