I assist people who are struggling with life transitions, grief, or disconnection from themselves and others. If you feel stuck, lost, or worried about your future, we can explore how to create the type of life that you desire.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with over 30 years of clinical experience. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and a Master’s Degree in Social Service from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. My areas of specialty include grief and loss, relationship concerns, Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), self -esteem/ assertiveness, giftedness in adolescents/adults, and life transitions.
My approach is psychodynamic, meaning that where we come from and what we learned as children shape who we are today. I will create a safe space so that you can be yourself without judgment. The individuality and strengths of each person are also emphasized, tailoring my work to your unique needs. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and growth oriented. Life is challenging, especially in these times. We can work together to find the best tools to help you thrive.
