Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in finding out if there is an available clinician who is in-network with your particular insurance plan.  

For those who are uninsured or for whom we are out of network, we will provide treatment on a fee-for-service basis.

All applicable fees are due at the time of service.  A fee will be charged if your cancellation notice is not received at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
