I am a clinical social worker providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults in Pennsylvania. I use my warm and direct style in the service of self discovery, creativity and internal liberation. We will work together to build the support you deserve; a healing relationship in which there is space to make meaning, grow, play, change and become undone.
My practice is rooted in psychodynamic and relational theories as well as the liberation health tradition. I focus on the here-and-now while remaining open and curious about your past and unconscious motivations. This often involves attending to the ways intergenerational stories, difficulties, losses and traumas live in the present, in our relationships and in our bodies.
I have worked in the field of mental health since 2015 and received my MSW in 2021 from Smith School for Social Work. I have worked extensively with queer and trans communities, college students and adolescents. I have experience working with people navigating identity development, anxiety, depression, dissociation, sexual trauma, racial trauma, relationship difficulties and psychosis.
It is difficult and vital work to turn towards our feelings, bodies, histories, desires and fears. It would be an honor to get to know you in this process
