(Center City Office and Telehealth)
I champion “unconventional” paths that open up space for more authentic self-discovery and connection. I believe in each individual’s lifelong potential for change and the creative capacity of all. I find meaning in supporting people as they uncover what matters most, prioritize what they truly want, and let go of self-defeating patterns.
My work is grounded in psychoanalytic theory, with attention to relational, developmental, and cultural dimensions of experience. I am deeply committed to helping others recognize how unresolved histories impact our present capacity to imagine and realize unwritten futures.
Many struggle to face grief or express anger. In therapy, we can safely explore overwhelming emotions and the tension between what’s expected and what we truly desire. Often, this work involves finding language for experiences that have remained unspeakable—from early abuse or neglect to ruptures of trust and intimacy.
I often work with highly sensitive, perfectionistic adults who feel set apart from others. I am attuned to those who carry the complex legacies of exile and displacement. I aim to provide a space that disrupts unspoken rules that stifle growth, encourages improvisation and experimentation, and empowers people to move from endurance to possibility.
